Yesterday was my meimei's grad concert. It was at that Simei ITE and the place was damn nice la! Btw, all the children looked really cute with their costumes and makeup =) Esp the lil' ones! Couldn't help but squirm at them. Anyway, their finale was the "I Have A Dream" song. (Not the King's speech. Lol.) When I heard them sing, it immediately gave me goosebumps. It was so ______! (Couldn't find a word at the moment, fill it in urself.)

Anyway, she was sick. She was coughing throughout the entire night and went to see the doctor in the morning. Despite all that, she still went ahead with the performance and did well. My brave girl =)



I just came back frm my run and am feeling so energetic now! But there's no output for my excess surge of energy. Lol. I'll most probably slack my day away today. My grp members are all studying for their chinese so there's no OP to do. Haha. To all those taking their chinese tmr, all the best!



First OP dryrun- terribly screwed up.



Friendly against some american school at Valhal. Thought we would get trashed (most of them looked really strong la) but turned out that they weren't really that good afterall.

Yesterday. We went to the airport to do PW. Lunched at Delifrance. And Siti was tempting me with the omgsodeliciouslylooking fruit-tart la, so evil! Went over to the viewing mall to do our OP. Lol, wasn't quite successful though. Had dinner at Changi Village and went to the beach after that =)























Anyway, someone doesn't want his photo taken =( Too tired aft training? Or because I don't wanna say who my #1 is? Haha. Btw, I saw him there la!

Though I didn't play FFVII, I still found it nice =) Second time watching and I still got wowed by it. IT'S SO WORTH WORTHING! The music's another appeal factor.

Yesterday was Hell. After pooling at parkway, we made our way to Siti's house for PW and stayed till 1130. What's worse was that she lives in PUNGGOL- a freaking distance away from Tampines. It was a struggle between my mental and physical self; a part of me wanted to just finish up the WR and go home whereas another wanted to give up and fall asleep. But XW kept pushing and pushing.. So, oh well. We still got it done in the end.



Grr, I got cheated today. I didn't know I could reach school anytime I wanted to. Ended up reaching school at the usual time. I could use that extra time to make up for my lack of sleep last night! Sigh. Anyway, all of us decided that it was boring to stay in school for PW, so we went Tampines instead. And after that, as part of our outsideschoolPWgroupmeeting tradition, we took *AHEM* neoprints! AND YOU KNOW WHAT, the machine's SOSOSOSO cute!

I sprained my right toe. Long story, shan't elaborate. Sad la, can't go run today and tmr. Sigh, can't fulfil the resoulution I made to myself to run every weekend. Anyway, it looks horrible la, though ytd night was worse. And I don't know how I still managed to run during training ytd.

One word- screwed. Well, at least at the moment, it seems so.



The meeting with Mrs Tng today was terrible. Many ammendments to be made to our WR; blemishes and glitches here and there; word count was horrid. Our group seriously paled in comparison with the rest. Sigh, felt really sucky when she was praising Shiying's group's WR.



Bleak, bleak. WR- atrocious. OP- (needless to say) DREADFUL.

I've been wanting to watch 200 Pounds Beauty and I finally watched it today. FABULOUS SHOW. The ending was superduperultra touching and made me bawl like a baby. But it set me thinking too. Are looks that important? Ultimately, it is inner beauty that remains as outer beauty fades away. Agree? Well, you might nod your head in concurrence now but it is hard to ignore the fact that almost everybody wants to look good. Isn't it? Society's shaping us in such a way that outer beauty triumphs over inner beauty and not the other way round. It alters our mindset to fit that of a perfectionist, resulting in people being insatiable in whatever they do or how they look.
