It was my first time to MacRitchie. K, so I'm a suagu. Lol.



Funny incident.



There's this couple who was trying to take a picture of 2 monkeys. Just then, one of them turned aggressive and jumped at them. Apparently, the girl got a shock, lost her footing and fell off the wooden platform. The guy got dragged down because he was holding the girl's hand. The good news was that they weren't hurt and didn't fall into the water, which was in close proximity. The bad news was that ALOT of peope witnessed what happened.

Okay. INTEGRITY- That was us.



It was awfully embarrassing (how i wished the ground would open and swallow me up at that time) but it sure was a good laugh. Lol. The funny thing was, before our 'CALAMITY', I still asked if there's anybody who has fallen off the platform before. After which, he answered, yes, and we're definitely the first. Silly us!

I was bored stiff at home. Wasn't in the mood for pw so I visited the library. Not to mug, but to read. I mug but not to the extent of doing so right after an exam. Whoever does so is scary! Hmm, the atmosphere feels different when you go for a different purpose. And of all books, I picked one on homosexuals and bixsexuals. Lol. Complicated, but interesting.



Training starts next week and I'm not sure if I'm ready for it. I haven't exercise for over a month! Jialat. I think I better go run tmr.

Alright, if there's one paper i need to comment on, it's CHEMISTRY. Even if you write nonstop without stopping to think once, you won't finish the freaking paper! Because it's so damn long and tough and tedious! I thought mid year was already a killer, but who would have expected promos to be like this. Urgh! Screw the chemistry department for coming with such a paper.



No more laments. Been deprived of sleep these few days. And finally, my long awaited good night's rest! Sweet dreams, all =)

For something good, there'll always be something bad. 8 more days to promos! I think i might just die from stress anytime.. from now! Haven't touched geography, not even a single chpt. Chem will always be screwed up no matter how much I study. I don't know why either. No comments about physics 'cause it's equally bad. And for maths, it's always the carelessness that kills me.



Sigh. Stress management isn't working at all.

A tough decision.



I SPENT MY BIRTHDAY IN A WHEELCHAIR & UNDERWENT WEATHERING.



Dragged myself out of bed despite only sleeping for 6 hours. Sigh, every second of rest is becoming crucial. Went for this amazing race organised for the handicap. Cool right? They were short of participants so they got us to take part too. The coolest part was that I got to sit on the wheelchair and get pushed around. HAHA =)



Kay, I know you guys get bored from reading para after para. I do too. So, let the pictures do the narrating!











We got stuck at the 3rd station where we had to look for several locations based on the pictures given. Spent about 1-2 hours walking to and fro under the hot and scorching damn sun! I ALMOST DIED OF HEATSTROKE AND FATIGUE. Sigh, I'm seriously sunburnt now.





On the wheelchair! But padpad said I looked too happy to be on a wheelchair.



So I posed like this.

There was supposed to be a second shot, but the cameraman stopped to take this picture. THE BOY VERY CUTE RIGHT! He was trying to put the fish that his papa just caught into the bucket.

Halfway through, it started pouring like crazy but the 3 of us still went out to get the clue. And we came back as 3 drenched and frozen chickens.



Terrible experience. First, we went under the blistering sun. Then, it was the biting cold. When it ended, the sun came out again. There's this observable trend- expansion, contraction and expansion. Alternate expansion and contraction- WEATHERING.



"It causes the outer layer of the rock to weaken and eventually, the outer layer of the rock will peel off."



I think that will happen to my skin. See the contrast! It's RED!

Met up with my family aft that for dinner and they got this cake for me at home.

Despite it being a day like THAT, it was a very, very memorable birthday. Travelling in a wheelchair, running, getting sunburnt & drenched simultaneously- a very unique birthday indeed. To all those who wished me via sms or in whatsoever way, THANK YOU! =) I really appreciate them.
